A certified Gentle Sleep Coach based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. My passion is helping families like yours achieve more than just a good night’s sleep. I’m here to guide you through the challenges of baby and child sleep — from naps to peaceful nights — with one clear goal in mind: creating balance, energy, and wellness for the entire family.
Before becoming a sleep coach, I worked as a family case manager, supporting families in difficult and often unsafe situations. It was intense, challenging work, where even the smallest wins had a big impact. This experience gave me a deep understanding of how family dynamics, stress, and exhaustion are interconnected. I saw firsthand how a lack of sleep can ripple through a household, affecting everything from emotional well-being to relationships. That’s what inspired me to shift my focus to sleep coaching — because when families sleep better, they live better.
I understand that when parents are sleep-deprived, life can feel overwhelming, leaving you without the energy or patience to truly enjoy parenting. Research shows that well-rested parents raise well-rested kids, creating a positive cycle that transforms the entire family dynamic.
